Your key arrives in “My account → Licence keys” and by email. Here’s how to use it. If anything goes wrong, send us a screenshot.
Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Check the installed edition: Settings → System → About. A “Pro” key only works on Windows Pro, a “Home” key on Windows Home.
- Open Settings → System → Activation.
- Click Change product key and paste the key.
- Connect to the internet and confirm. Windows shows “Windows is activated”.
Have Windows Home and a Pro key? Enter the Pro key in the same place: Windows upgrades to Pro (without losing your files), then activates.
Office 2021 and Office 2024 Professional Plus
- Uninstall older versions of Office (and Microsoft 365 trials).
- Install Office using the download link sent with your key.
- Open Word, go to File → Account → Change product key and paste the key.
Antivirus (Kaspersky, ESET, Bitdefender, Norton)
- Download the antivirus from the vendor’s official website.
- Create or log in to your account with the vendor if the app asks.
- Choose “I have an activation code” and paste your key.
The duration (1 year, for example) starts on the day you activate, not the day you buy.
Game and gift cards
PUBG UC are redeemed on Midasbuy, Free Fire diamonds on Garena’s official site, and PSN, Steam, Google Play and Apple cards under “Redeem code” in your account. PSN, Google Play and Apple cards are for US-region accounts.
AI and streaming subscriptions
