How do I top up my balance?
Log in, go to "Top up my balance" and choose the amount. Send it with BaridiMob, CCP or Edahabia, then send a screenshot of the receipt on WhatsApp with your order number. Once we confirm it, the amount appears in your balance.
How long does a top-up take?
Usually under an hour between 9am and 11pm. Top-ups sent at night are confirmed in the morning.
How fast do I get my key?
Keys (Windows, Office, antivirus, VPN, games) are delivered instantly when you pay with your balance: they appear in "My account" and arrive by email. Subscriptions (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva…) are activated on your account within 1 to 12 hours.
Can I pay without topping up a balance?
Yes. Choose "BaridiMob / CCP / Edahabia" at checkout. The order is delivered once the payment is verified. With a balance, your next purchases are delivered instantly.
Are AI subscriptions on a shared account?
No. We activate the subscription on your own account (your email). Your chats, files and history stay yours. Enter the account email when you order.
Are Windows and Office keys lifetime?
Yes for Windows and Office 2021/2024: the licence stays active on the device you activate it on. Antivirus, VPN and subscriptions last for the period shown on the product page.
What if my key doesn't activate?
Send us a screenshot of the error within 7 days. We help you activate it (usually the wrong edition of Windows or Office is installed). If the key is faulty, we replace it or refund your balance.
Can I withdraw money from my balance?
Your balance is for purchases on DZ Key Shop. If you haven't bought anything, we can refund a top-up by CCP within 15 days on request.
Do you provide a receipt?
Yes. Every order has a number and an email receipt. You'll also find it in "My account → Orders".
I didn't get the email with my key.
Check your spam folder and Gmail's "Promotions" tab. The key is always visible in "My account → Licence keys". If nothing shows up, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
